Withdraw from the contract

Use this form to notify us that you are withdrawing from your contract for the ColourSense service. We will acknowledge receipt by e-mail without delay, stating the content of your withdrawal and the day and time it was sent.

The address you gave when ordering. We will send the acknowledgement there.

You will find it in your confirmation e-mail. If you do not have it to hand, leave it blank — we can also find your order from your e-mail address.

You may also notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail, by post or by telephone — no particular form is required.
